The Woodstock Farm Festival is seeking a reliable, hands-on Site Manager for the 2026 season. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outside, staying active, and being at the center of a lively weekly market.

Schedule
Wednesdays, May 14 – October 13
Approximately 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and break down tents, tables, signage, and market infrastructure

  • Coordinate vendor arrivals and ensure smooth, organized set-up

  • Assist customers with SNAP token distribution and redemption

  • Support weekly events and market activities

  • Serve as a friendly, helpful point of contact for vendors and shoppers

  • Help uphold market guidelines and maintain a safe environment

Who You Are

  • Friendly, dependable, and community-minded

  • Interested in local food systems and farmers markets

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Details

  • Seasonal, independent contractor position

  • Compensation: $700/month
