Fresh Connect Emergency Response Program

Receive $20 in Fresh Connect Coupons — December 13th & 27th!

The Fresh Connect program has launched an emergency response to help address food insecurity. Any shopper who is income-eligible or currently food-insecure may receive $20 in Fresh Connect coupons on each distribution date.

To receive coupons, simply visit the market managers at the front desk on market days and attest—by initialing a short form—that your income falls below the program threshold or that you are in need.
No proof or documentation is required, and you do not need to be a SNAP recipient to qualify.

This program is offered in addition to SNAP, the regular Fresh Connect program, and the Woodstock Farm Festival Market Bucks program.

Important Details

  • Coupons expire December 31, 2025.

Eligible Items (SNAP-approved foods only)

Fresh Connect coupons may be used for:

  • Fruits and vegetables

  • Meat, poultry, and fish

  • Dairy products

  • Breads and cereals

  • Snack foods and non-alcoholic beverages

  • Seeds and plants that produce food

  • Coffee and non-soda beverages

Not Eligible

Coupons may not be used for:

  • Alcohol, cigarettes, and tobacco

  • Foods or beverages containing controlled substances (including cannabis and CBD)

  • Vitamins, medicines, and supplements

  • Hot prepared foods

  • Live animals (except seafood or fish removed from water)

  • Non-food items such as pet food, cleaning supplies, paper goods, hygiene items, and cosmetics
