Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program
The Seniors Farmers' Market Nutrition Program is designed to provide low-income seniors with access to locally grown fruits, vegetables, honey and herbs. We accept SFMNP checks/vouchers as well as WIC FMNP checks/vouchers.
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) helps low-income working people, senior citizens, the disabled and others feed their families.
What can you purchase with SNAP?
breads and cereals
fruits and vegetables
meats, fish and poultry
seeds and plants which produce food for your household to eat
What is NOT eligible for purchase with SNAP?
beer, wine, liquor, cigarettes or tobacco
soap, paper products
vitamins and medicine
food that will be eaten in the store
